【教学过程】
Ⅰ.热身/复习(Warm-up / Revision)
1.Sing the song:《We wish you a merry Christmas!》
2.教师出示表示职业的卡片,学生抢答读一读表演不同职业的人.
3.Free talk
How many people are there in your family? Who are they?
What’s your father /…? Is he / she a nurse /...?
Do you want to be a teacher /…? 师生问答,生生问答.
Ⅱ.呈现新课 (Presentation)
1.Pass the word
两个小组听音乐同时向后传词卡,一组传成员,一组传职业.音乐停后,拿成员的学生问另一人,如:“What’s your father? My father is a doctor.”
2.Group work
两人一小组,互相问答,学生根据对方的回答摆词卡.
根据卡片,用句子描述一下自己的家庭成员和职业.(仿照歌谣中的句型.)
3.Let’s play.
出示句子:
What’s in your bedroom?
What would you like for dinner? What’s in your desk? What’s your father’s job?
Would you like some vegetable for dinner?
Where’s your pencil box?
What’s your mother’s job?
学生之间一起翻译并试着回答.小组之间练习之后,再分组比赛,看哪一组最先得到礼物.
4.教师说:“Today is Christmas Day. Let’s sing a song!”播放歌曲《A Merry Christmas》录音,边唱边拍手.边唱边表演歌曲.
5.教师出示圣诞节的照片或贺卡,学生们伴随着歌曲互换礼物. “Here is a gift for you. Thank you!”
Ⅲ.趣味操练 (Practice)
1.演一演,猜一猜
孩子表演不同职业的人,其他同学猜一猜.
2.课件出示:家庭成员及每个职业需用的工具,让孩子猜猜职业.用:“Your mother is a driver /…”回答.
Ⅳ.扩展性活动(Add-activities)
Make a chant
学生摆出自己的家庭成员的职业,然后根据卡片编一首歌谣,说给同学们听.
